Chuckwagon Range Rub

  1. Melt bacon fat in a small pot and add the onions and garlic.
  2. Saute for 5 minutes at a medium heat.
  3. Blend in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a very low simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir every once in a while.
  5. Mop onto any meat or even seafood before and during grilling.
