Chinese Long Rice Chop Suey Recipe

  1. Julienne vegetables.
  2. Saute/fry pork with garlic and ginger in pan with a little oil.
  3. Add in broth and vegetables.
  4. Cook 5 min.
  5. Add in long rice, cook another 10 min.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add in green onions.
  8. Mix 1/4 c. shoyu, 1 tsp.
  9. brown sugar, 1 tsp.
  10. salt and 2 Tbsp.
  11. red wine for sauce.
  12. Add in sauce to chop suey.
  13. Stir well.
  14. Serve warm.
