Flax Seed Meal Muffins

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.
  2. Beat in oil, syrup, water and vanilla.
  3. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients, then stir into egg mixture.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon into well greased muffin cups (without paper).
  6. Bake at 350?F for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Remove from tin at once to cooling rack.
  8. Store in fridge!
