Broccoli and Chicken Pasta

  1. Put a pot of water on to boil pasta After boiling starts, add enough salt to water to make it taste salty, like the sea, add pasta and cook until desired doneness.
  2. In the meantime, put oil in pan and heat up, then add in all the veg, toss to coat in oil and stir-fry gently for about 5 minutes
  3. Add in wine, stir and cover for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss gently.
  6. Drain and add pasta to pan and toss to coat well.
  7. Serve with fresh shave parmagiana cheese or serve plain, with fresh slices of crusty bread.
  8. Enjoy!

  10. Can also be served cooled as a fresh salad
