Taco Chili
- 1 -2 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can hominy, rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix, mix
- sour cream
- cheddar cheese
- taco chips
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned, 10 minutes, crumbling with a fork.
- Combine beef and remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
