Sweet Potato Pie II

• 1 12 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 12 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
• 12 cup butter
• 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
• 2 pie crusts

1. Cream eggs and sugar.
2. Add sweet potato, vanilla flavoring and melted butter, mix then add milk.
3. Mix well.
4. Pour into unbaked pie shells.
5. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
6. Serves 8 for each pie.
