Low-Cal Baked Okara Doughnuts
- 110 grams Cake flour
- 60 grams Fresh okara
- 2 tbsp Coconut milk (or milk)
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 50 grams Fruit-based sweetener (I used Lakanka brand) or sugar
- 1 Milk or water (adjust according to moisture content of okara)
- 1 Powdered sugar to taste
- Put all of the ingredients except for the water for adjusting the moisture into a plastic bag and mix together.

- If the dough is too dry, adjust with water or milk.
