3-Pepper Dip
- 1/2 cups Softened Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
- 1 whole Green Chili Pepper (remove Seeds If Desired) Diced Finely
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper (remove Seeds If Desired) Diced Finely
- 1/4 cups Diced Bell Pepper (Any Color)
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Milk
- In a microwave safe bowl add cream cheese and white cheddar cheese.
- Microwave for 1 minute and stir together.
- Add peppers and mix with a spatula.
- Add milk and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a serving container/bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- This is great with homemade chips, tortilla chips or anything you might like to dip.
