Express Chicken & Dumplings
- 4 diced chicken breasts
- 64 ounces low sodium chicken broth
- 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 chopped maui onion
- 3 chopped celery ribs
- 8 ounces baby carrots
- 20 pillsbury biscuits
- place everything except biscuits in pot on stove.
- Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes, until veggies are soft and chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
- Open cans of biscuits.
- Break apart biscuits and drop in pot.
- Continue to simmer until biscuits are soft and gooey.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
