Breakfast Health Muffins Recipe

  1. Cream shortening and sugar; add in Large eggs, buttermilk and cereal.
  2. Sift flour, soda and salt, add in to mix.
  3. Fold till all ingredients are mixed; use additional lowfat milk or possibly flour to get the right consistency.
  4. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
