Aperol Spritz
- 4 1/2 ounces brut Prosecco
- 2 1/2 ounces Aperol
- 1 lime wheel, for garnish
- 1 ounce club soda
- Fill a Collins glass with ice.
- Pour the Prosecco over the large cold ice cubes.
- Add the Aperol and lime wheel and top off with the club soda.
- Dominant Flavors: bitter orange and rhubarb
- Body: light, effervescent
- Dryness: medium
- Complexity: medium
- Accentuating or Contrasting Flavors: acidity from the prosecco and lime shining through
- Finish: short, snappy, bittersweet
