Very Vanilla Snickerdoodles

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
  3. Slowly mix in flours, salt and baking powder.
  4. In separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Make 1-inch balls with dough and roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees; cool on baking sheet 2 minutes prior to removing.
  7. If freezing, flash freeze on parchment covered baking sheet for 30 minutes.
  8. Put frozen dough balls in freezer bags and freeze.
