Hashed Brown Potato Bake Recipe

• 2 pound frzn hashed brown potatoes
• 1 c. minced onion
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. melted butter
• 8 ounce. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 c. crushed potato chips

1. Thaw potatoes at least 30 min.
2. Mix with remaining ingredients except potato chips.
3. Pour into 9x13 inch greased baking pan.
4. At this point, casserole can be refrigerated or possibly frzn.
5. Just before baking, top with crushed potato chips.
6. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
7. Serves 10-12.
