Grilled Salmon Sandwiches with Herb-Mustard Mayonnaise
- Sauce
- 1 cup KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh dill weed
- 1/3 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup green onion slices
- 4 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Sandwiches
- 20 each salmon fillets Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 20 each lettuce leaves
- 20 each sandwich rolls, split
- Sauce Mix all ingredients; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Sandwiches Brush each salmon fillet with about 1/2 tsp.
- of the oil.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
- Grill 5 min.
- on each side or to desired doneness; remove skin.
- Place 1 lettuce leaf and 1 salmon fillet on bottom half of each roll; cover with about 2 Tbsp.
- of the sauce and top of roll.
