Grilled Salmon Sandwiches with Herb-Mustard Mayonnaise

  1. Sauce Mix all ingredients; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Sandwiches Brush each salmon fillet with about 1/2 tsp.
  4. of the oil.
  5. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  6. Grill 5 min.
  7. on each side or to desired doneness; remove skin.
  8. Place 1 lettuce leaf and 1 salmon fillet on bottom half of each roll; cover with about 2 Tbsp.
  9. of the sauce and top of roll.
