Zoey's Healthier Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 14 cups flour (Use a healthier mix if you like! I used wheat, oat and regular)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 34 cup splenda brown sugar substitute
- 14 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup butter
- 3 12 ounces instant pudding (any flavor you like, I use Vanilla)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips (or whatever you like, have fun!)
- Preheat to 350 degrees.
- Combine 2.25 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, and good pinch of kosher salt in a bowl.
- Set aside.
- Beat .75 cups of brown sugar, .25 cups of regular sugar, 1 cup of butter, 1 package of instant pudding, a teaspoon of vanilla, and 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract in a bowl.
- Add 2 beaten eggs.
- Beat in the bowl of flour, baking soda, and salt you left behind.
- Add 2 cups of chips.
- If you're feeling nuts add another liberal pinch of kosher salt.
- Bake 10-12 minutes, depending on your preference.
