Zoey's Healthier Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine 2.25 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, and good pinch of kosher salt in a bowl.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Beat .75 cups of brown sugar, .25 cups of regular sugar, 1 cup of butter, 1 package of instant pudding, a teaspoon of vanilla, and 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract in a bowl.
  5. Add 2 beaten eggs.
  6. Beat in the bowl of flour, baking soda, and salt you left behind.
  7. Add 2 cups of chips.
  8. If you're feeling nuts add another liberal pinch of kosher salt.
  9. Bake 10-12 minutes, depending on your preference.
