Fried Cheese

  1. Dip cheese cubes into egg.
  2. Dredge in flour, dip again in egg.
  3. Roll in bread crumbs; press firmly so crumbs adhere.
  4. Place on wax paper; chill 30 minutes.
  5. Deep fry cubes in hot oil (375F) until golden brown.
  6. Drain.
  7. Arrange on platter, serve immediately with Picante sauce; if desired.
