Becky's Broccoli Casserole
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
- 3/4 cup rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. (2.25 oz.)sliced almonds
- Cook broccoli and rice according to directions on each package.
- Drain broccoli.
- Cook onion and celery in butter.
- Stir in VELVEETA and mushroom soup.
- Mix all of the ingredients except almonds; place in 12x8-inch baking dish.
- Top with almonds.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
