Bolognese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Cut vegetables to a uniform size approx 1" cubes.
  2. Put in oiled baking tray, add in char grill flavour spice & bake in a warm oven for 30 mins.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the onions, fry and caramelise, add in mince, and brown.
  4. Stir in bologneses sauce, gently simmer for a few min.
  5. Place mushrooms into the oven dish with the vegetables.
  6. Add in bolognese sauce to mushrooms.
  7. Sprinkle mixed grated cheese on top of mushrooms; pour stock and wine into dish.
  8. Return to oven 15-20 mins or possibly till cheese is melted and browning.
  9. Serve with crusty bread for juices.
