P.F Changs copy cat chicken noodle remix
- 48 oz chicken broth
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 piece 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes in used half a canned cause it's what I had
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 dash ground ginger
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 optional carrots and bean sprouts
- 1/2 tbsp garlic chili paste
- 1/2 tbsp Sriracha
- box lo mein noodles
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- Combine your broth, ginger, soy sauce, Sriracha and the chili paste, lime, lime zest, vinegar, both the sugars and bring it to a boil
- Cut your chicken into strips and coat with cornstarch
- Once broth is on a boil add the chicken
- The broth mix needs to be boiling so your chicken can cook fast just dunk your chicken in the broth and let it cook then... Add your tomatoes and your carrots or mushrooms... After the chicken is cooked add some of your green onion and some of your cilantro let it boil and just let it cook
- Cook noodles while soup is cooking
- Once soup has cooked for about 20 minutes get your noodles and pour soup over noodles top with green onions and cilantro and enjoy :)
