Arroz Verde Mexico
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12 cup parsley, minced
- 2 cups long grain white rice
- 4 12 cups vegetable stock
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 8 green onions, minced
- 12 cup cilantro, minced
- 3 12 ounces green chilies, diced
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in oil.
