Simple Sweet & Sour Chicken Recipe
- 6 pcs of skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- 1 reg. size bottle of 1, 000 Island salad dressing
- 1 reg. size jar apricot preserves
- Warm rice
- Place chicken breast pcs in baking dish (whatever size you need to fit in the pcs).
- In a bowl mix the preserves, soup mix and salad dressing.
- Pour over the chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Pour sauce into a serving bowl or possibly gravy boat.
- Serve with a bowl of warm rice.
