Stuffed cream cheese salad
- 1 box pasta shells
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 packages broccoli
- 1 packages chicken breasts (cut into cube pieces)
- 1/4 cup red bell peppers
- Boil water, add salt and butter for taste
- Cook chicken breast and cut into pieces
- Add seasonings of your choice (lemon pepper, oregano, cayenne pepper, garlic powder etc)
- Add shells to boiling water
- In a mixing bowl mix cream cheese, parsley and milk until smooth
- Put chicken cubes in a mixing bowl and add 1/2 of cheese mixture to it
- Grease a glass baking dish and preheat oven to 350F
- Cool shells in cold water
- Fill each shell with cheese salad mixture
- Place in baking dish, pour remaining mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake for 30 mins and serve
