Valentine Marble Bark

• 2 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's White Chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 3 drops red food colouring

1. Microwave each package of chopped white chocolate in separate medium microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min.
2. or until almost melted, stirring after each minute until completely melted.
3. Stir red food colouring into 1 bowl of chocolate until blended.
4. Alternately spoon the chocolates onto waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
5. Tap baking sheet on table to evenly disperse the chocolates.
6. Swirl with knife for marble effect.
7. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
8. Break into pieces.
