Andalusion

• 3/4 ounce reposado tequila
• 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano (fortified, slightly bitter aperitif wine)
• 3/4 ounce Lustau East India Solera sherry
• 3/4 ounce bianco vermouth, preferably Perucchi
• Ice
• 1 lemon twist, for garnish

1. In a mixing glass, combine the tequila, Cocchi Americano, sherry and vermouth; fill with ice and stir well.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the twist.
