Black Bean Minestrone Soup

  1. Combine beans, broth, tomatoes, onions, zucchini, celery, carrots, ham and red pepper in Dutch oven or stockpot.
  2. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  4. Simmer 10 min.
  5. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Add water and Macaroni; stir.
  7. Cook 7 to 8 min.
  8. or until Macaroni is tender.
  9. Stir in Cheese Sauce Mix and spinach; cook 2 min.
  10. or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
  11. Serve immediately.
