I Always Make This Boiled Chicken When I Buy Chicken Breasts

  1. Bring plenty of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Prepare the celery leaves and thinly sliced ginger.
  3. (No need to peel the ginger skin.)
  4. Add the salt, chicken breast, celery leaves and ginger in the pot, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and cool down them in the pot.
  6. Mix the ingredients for the sesame dressing.
  7. Stir well to avoid clumps.
  8. (Other types of dressings are also fine, so use your favorite one if you like.)
  9. Slice the chicken diagonally into bite size strips.
  10. Serve on a plate.
  11. I made a basil and chicken sandwich with this boiled chicken breast.
  12. Check it if you like..
