Easy Key Lime Pie / Made With Lemons

  1. For the base, crush biscuits finely, add sugar and enough melted butter to bind the biscuit.
  2. Spray a pie dish with spray and cook or similar.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into the dish.
  4. Bake at 180F Celsius for 6 minutes to get crust crunchy
  5. Take base out of oven and cool.
  6. In a bowl mix together all the other ingredients (except the fresh cream) until smooth and slightly thickened.
  7. Pour into base slowly and bake at 180F for 9 to 10 minutes.
  8. Cool completely and refrigerate for for a minimum of four hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Garnish with fresh whipped cream and some zest.
