Easy Key Lime Pie / Made With Lemons
- 1 packages Tennis biscuits
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 3/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Bulgarian extra thick plain yoghurt
- 1 Zest of two lemons
- 250 ml Fresh cream
- For the base, crush biscuits finely, add sugar and enough melted butter to bind the biscuit.
- Spray a pie dish with spray and cook or similar.
- Press the biscuit mixture into the dish.
- Bake at 180F Celsius for 6 minutes to get crust crunchy
- Take base out of oven and cool.
- In a bowl mix together all the other ingredients (except the fresh cream) until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Pour into base slowly and bake at 180F for 9 to 10 minutes.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for for a minimum of four hours, preferably overnight.
- Garnish with fresh whipped cream and some zest.
