Broccoli Chicken Lasagne
- 1 can (10 oz/ 284 mL) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 6 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
- 3 cups Kraft Gourmet Cheddar Shredded Cheese
- MIX soup, sour cream and thyme.
- Add chicken; mix lightly.
- SPOON 1 cup of the chicken mixture into 12 x 8-inch microwavable baking dish.
- Top with 1/2 each of the noodles, remaining chicken mixture, broccoli and cheese; repeat layers.
- MICROWAVE on HIGH 14 to 16 minutes or until thoroughly heated, rotating dish after 7 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- CONVENTIONAL:
- HEAT oven to 375F.
- ASSEMBLE lasagne as directed.
- BAKE 30 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
