Cran-Brie Baguette
- 1/3 crusty French baguette
- 1/2 cup sliced Brie, at room temperature
- 1 tbsp cranberry sauce/ jelly, stirred
- 1/2 tbsp salted butter, room temperature
- Slice the baguette lengthwise.
- Spread butter on one side.
- Lay the slices of brie on the other side.
- Spread the cranberry sauce/ jelly on top of the butter
- Close the sandwich, and cut in half
