Beef Pot Roast and Winter Vegetables

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Brown meat in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Place in large roasting pan.
  4. Arrange vegetables around meat.
  5. Mix soup and marinade; pour over meat and vegetables.
  6. Cover tightly.
  7. Bake 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is done and fork tender.
  8. Serve with meat drippings.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
