Sour Cream Pumpkin Coffeecake Recipe

  1. Cream butter, 3/4 c. sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add in 3 Large eggs.
  3. Combine dry ingredients then add in to batter mix alternately with lowfat sour cream.
  4. Combine last 4 ingredients.
  5. Spoon 1/2 batter into greased 13x9 dish.
  6. Spread to corners.
  7. Sprinkle 1/2 streusel over.
  8. Spread pumpkin mix over.
  9. Spread remaining batter over.
  10. Sprinkle streusel over top.
  11. Bake at 325 degrees 50-60 min or possibly toothpick in center comes out clean.
