Scalloped potatoes
- 1 potatoe per person
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 lb sharp cheddar
- 1 lb monterey jack
- 1 pints heavy whipping cream
- Cook potatoes el dante with the minced onion.
- Cool and slice.
- Layer in casserole dish cheese and potatoes.
- Add cream to half way up, till you can just see it.
- Cook at 350 for 35-40 minutes
