Filipino-style Pork BBQ

  1. Combine all ingredients except banana ketchup.
  2. Marinate mixture for at least 12 hours.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. When ready, thread the meat using skewers (avail at Walmart).
  5. Set aside marinating sauce.
  6. Set up the grill.
  7. Add banana ketchup into the marinating sauce.
  8. Grill for 3 mins on each side depending the thickness of the meat.
  9. When meat is half cooked, start brushing it with the marinating sauce.
  10. Grill a little more.
