Berry Cheesecake Dessert
- 2 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 14 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 14 teaspoon orange peel
- 2 teaspoons orange juice
- 1 12 cups raspberries
- 2 gingersnap cookies
- In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel, and orange juice.
- Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
- To serve, spoon the fruit into dessert dishes.
- Top with the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with the broken cookies.
