Breakfast Souffle Recipe
- 2 slices white bread, cut crusts off, cube
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, diced and browned, drain well
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Bake for 30 min.
- Line the bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan with bread cubes.
- Spread sausage and cheese over bread.
- Mix beaten Large eggs, lowfat milk, mustard together.
- Pour over other ingredients.
- Cover and chill overnight.
