Tropical Fruit Parfaits
- 1 cup Oreo Baking Crumbs
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
- 3 cups fresh fruit (eg. mango, banana, pineapple, papaya) Target 1 lb For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. rum (optional)
- 1 cup canned or prepared custard
- COMBINE crumbs with coconut, nuts and ginger.
- Reserve.
- SAUTE mixed fruit in butter and rum until warm.
- Pour in custard and heat through.
- In individual glasses or parfait dishes, layer crumbs and custard fruit mixture in alternating layers.
- SERVE warm.
