Tropical Fruit Parfaits

  1. COMBINE crumbs with coconut, nuts and ginger.
  2. Reserve.
  3. SAUTE mixed fruit in butter and rum until warm.
  4. Pour in custard and heat through.
  5. In individual glasses or parfait dishes, layer crumbs and custard fruit mixture in alternating layers.
  6. SERVE warm.
