Breakfast Sausage Casserole Recipe

  1. Grease 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Place bread in prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Combine evaporated lowfat milk, Large eggs, dry mustard, onion pwdr and pepper in medium bowl.
  5. Pour proportionately over bread and cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with sausage.
  7. Cover; chill overnight.
  8. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  9. Bake for 55 to 60 min or possibly till cheese is golden.
  10. Cover with foil if top browns too quickly.
  11. This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
