Diabetic Spice Cake Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 3 Large eggs, beaten
• 1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
• 1 c. raisins
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoon soda
• 1 tbsp. Ril-sweet Or possibly 4 pkg. Sweet & Low
• 1 c. dates, minced fine
• 3 apples, peeled and cut in lg. pcs
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 c. flour
• 1 c. pecans, minced

1. Mix all ingredients and bake in prepared Bundt pan (spray with Pam) in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
