Veal Piccanti Recipe

  1. Flour veal.
  2. Cook in butter till brown on both sides.
  3. Drain off excess butter.
  4. Put 1 Tbsp.
  5. of butter back in skillet with veal.
  6. Add in chicken broth and juice from half a lemon.
  7. Add in minced parsley, Tabasco sauce and a bit of wine.
  8. Cook till veal is done.
