Veal Piccanti Recipe
- 1 pound veal cutlets
- 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 to 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
- White wine
- Flour veal.
- Cook in butter till brown on both sides.
- Drain off excess butter.
- Put 1 Tbsp.
- of butter back in skillet with veal.
- Add in chicken broth and juice from half a lemon.
- Add in minced parsley, Tabasco sauce and a bit of wine.
- Cook till veal is done.
