Wiener Bean Bake For 30
- 1 lb. bag dried kidney beans
- 1 (No. 10) can pork and beans
- 3 pkg. frozen limas
- 5 lb. franks, cut 1-inch
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. ketchup
- Day ahead, cook and season dried kidney beans.
- Cook just until tender.
- Drain.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Prepare limas as package directs.
- Drain.
- Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine cooked kidney beans, undrained pork and beans and cooked limas.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Turn into steam table pan that has been pan sprayed.
- Bake covered in 350u0b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- Uncover. Stir and return to oven.
- Bake additional 1 hour.
