Enchilada Casserole - Nuwave Oven/Flavorwave

• 1 12 lbs ground beef
• 1 small onion
• 4 flour tortillas
• 12 ounces olives
• 1 (12 ounce) can refried beans
• 12 ounces enchilada sauce
• 1 12 cups cheese

1. Brown meat with onion and seasonings.
2. Drain grease.
3. Layer each tortilla with beans, meat, spoonful of sauce, a couple olives and cheese.
4. Roll tortillas and lay seam side down on liner pan.
5. Pour Remaining sauce and olives on top.
6. Bake 25-30 minutes.
7. Place remaining cheese on top the last 2 minutes.
