Red Chicken
- 1/2 cups Flour
- Pepper To Taste
- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Diced
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce (I Use KC Masterpiece Original)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 13 cups Brown Sugar

- Mix flour and pepper, dredge the chicken in the mixture, then saute the chicken in a bit of oil in a large, deep skillet.
- When browned on both sides remove to a deep casserole dish with a lid.

- Add the onion to the skillet and saute until soft.
- 3.
- In a large bowl combine the ketchup, BBQ sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce, whisking to blend.
- 4.
- Add the brown sugar to the onion in the skillet and blend with juices.
- Add the ketchup mix, and bring to a boil.
- Immediately pour over chicken.
- 5.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Note: The sauce will initially be very thin, but will thicken up in the oven.
