Chicken and Vegetable Soup

  1. Keep eggs, you only add them to the soup later.
  2. mix all the ingredients (except the eggs) and bring to the boil.
  3. simmer for about 1 hour.
  4. When potatoes are soft, add the eggs (not beaten but whole).
  5. simmer for a further 10 minutes.
  6. To serve make sure everyone gets the soup potatoe and 1 egg.
