Microwave Chicken Ole

  1. Mix together taco seasoning, salt and garlic powder.
  2. Add chicken to coat.
  3. In shallow glass baking pan, place chicken. Cover with wax paper.
  4. Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn. Uncover and cook 5 minutes.
  6. Place tomatoes, olives, onion and chilies over chicken; pour broth over all.
  7. Cover and microwave, turning once, on High about 12 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven; let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
  9. Return to oven for additional cooking if not fork-tender.
  10. Remove chicken to serving platter. Mix cornstarch and water; add to vegetables in dish and microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute until thick.
  11. Pour over chicken.
  12. Top with sour cream and chips.
