Biggest Bestest Burgers

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, and basil, mix well.
  3. Add the bread crumbs, cheese and steak sauce.
  4. Mix all this together well and divide into 4-6 large round balls.
  5. Place the hamburger balls onto a broiler pan, evenly spaced.
  6. Press down on each ball with pam sprayed spatula, until a round patty is formed.
  7. Broil for 8 minutes, turn patty over, and broil for 8 minutes more, the outside of the patty will be WELL seared!.
  8. Remove from oven and serve on the onion rolls.
