Broccoli Cauliflower Cheese Medley

  1. Cook vegetables as directed. In a medium size bowl, melt margarine for 30 seconds in microwave. Add flour, pepper, dill and parsley. Add bouillon and mix with wire whip. It will be a thick paste. Add milk and stir. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir again. Microwave again for 2 minutes. Stir in cheese and microwave again for 1 minute. Sauce should be smooth and medium thick. Pour over vegetables in a casserole dish. Add croutons, 8 tomato wedges and sprinkle with paprika. Reheat in microwave as needed.
