Rachael Ray's Chocolate Mint Parfaits

• 6 fluid ounces creme de menthe (4 shots)
• 1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream or 1 pint chocolate ice cream
• 4 Andes mints candies or 4 peppermint patties
• 4 sprigs fresh mint leaves

1. Using 4 parfait or cocktail glasses, pour half a shot of creme de menthe into each glass.
2. Top with ice cream, then drizzle another shot per glass of creme de menthe over ice cream.
3. Garnish with mint candy and fresh mint sprig.
