Fish With Cheese And Tomato Sauce

  1. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes. Combine cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, parsley and tomato puree and stir into smooth paste.
  2. Arrange one layer of fish in glass pan.
  3. Cover with cheese mixture.
  4. Continue with layers but finish with cheese mixture.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, covered, in oven at 400u0b0.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Sprinkle with butter, bread crumbs and remaining cheese.
  8. Return to oven uncovered for another 15 minutes to brown.
