Beer can chicken
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 16 oz Can of beer
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 clove Garlic
- 3 slice Bacon
- Pre heat grill 225 f
- Pour 1/4 of beer in frosty mug & chug!
- Then place 3/4 full beer can on sheet pan
- Place cleaned out chicken onto beer can legs pointing down
- Rub chicken with olive oil
- Dust chicken with lemon pepper
- Mince garlic & mix into soften butter
- Lather garlic butter under skin near top of chicken
- Drape bacon over chicken
- Grill until meat falls off bone about 1 hour
