Beer can chicken

  1. Pre heat grill 225 f
  2. Pour 1/4 of beer in frosty mug & chug!
  3. Then place 3/4 full beer can on sheet pan
  4. Place cleaned out chicken onto beer can legs pointing down
  5. Rub chicken with olive oil
  6. Dust chicken with lemon pepper
  7. Mince garlic & mix into soften butter
  8. Lather garlic butter under skin near top of chicken
  9. Drape bacon over chicken
  10. Grill until meat falls off bone about 1 hour
