Cool Guacamole
- 4 ripe Hass avocadoes, halved and pitted
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 roma tomato, seeded and chopped
- 13 cup finely chopped sweet onion
- 12 cup sour cream
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- Scoop avocados out of skins and place in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the avocados with the lime juice and mash with a potato masher or fork to desired smoothness.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir very well.
- Best if allowed to chill for a few hours before serving.
